This will make your life easier...

Write a paragraph here in your own voice explaining the importance of reading the entire thank you page. This is the instruction manual on how to get their new software started. Maybe tell a story about the time you threw away the directions and had a bad time.

The idea in this box is get them to buy into the idea that they have to read this whole page and that it's gonna be a long-ish read.

Step 1: Logging In

I know this sounds silly, but you'd be surprised how many people don't do this... You get ZERO value from Awesome Software if you don't login to use it.

Here's a step-by-step on how to get logged in:

  • Open a new browser tab (keep this one open for reference).

  • Check your email (including spam & promotions folders).

  • Look for the email that says "Account Created |Awesome Software".

  • That email will contain your user name and password to log into https://app.imasaasman.com

If you do not see it, please send a message to support immediately. It probably means you entered your email wrong during checkout.

Step 2: Passwords

DO NOT lose your password! But we get it, it happens. Here's some password best practices:

  • Your initial welcome email contains a random password to get you logged in. Save it on a notepad somewhere.

  • If you reset your password (because you forgot), check your spam! Sometimes it goes there. I know. It's stupid. We don't like it either.

  • When the system asks to send you a secret login code, select the phone number option. It's 100x more reliable at sending codes via text.


If you can't find anything, please email support. I hope you're noticing a pattern...

Step 3: Initial Account Setup

In this box, write a paragraph explaining that this is the recommended order that they consume the onboarding training. Explain that the Quickstart will get their account to a "Minimum Viable" state (with the provided frameworks) while the other trainings focus on getting the most out of the system if they choose to start building on their own.

Make them acutely aware that they need to do the Quickstart first and that it's a QUICK start

Once you're logged into the dashboard, you have access to a nearly unlimited amount of resources dedicated to help you succeed on the Awesome Software platform.

A Final Word...

You just dumped a BUTTLOAD of stuff on your customer with this page. Now it's time to remind them that you're here for them and try to calm their nerves because while this page is 100% necessary, it just caused a fair amount of buyer's remorse. The ether is wearing off and they're realizing they have some work to do.

Remind them of the support options and assure them that other people just like them have succeeded on the software. sign off by giving them the support email address one more time.
